Sharla and Tim Rose met and married while working on this project. Sharla bought the land in May and met Tim in August, they were married a year later right here on the land... Sharla is a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing for a chiropractor and herself... Tim works on the North Slope at the present, working 2 weeks away and then 2 weeks at home. Sharla and Tim both love their little daughter Carly Rose, nature, traveling, music, their great pets Blake and Axl, gardening, fishing, skiing and too much more to mention.

Talkeetna, Alaska
Talkeetna is one of Alaska's premier destination spots, and is continually growing each year.  Talkeetna attracts a wide mix of visitors: mountain climbers, anglers, Alaskans, and tourist from outside of Alaska.

Talkeetna Attractions
-Mount Denali (McKinley) - magnificent vistas
-Small, quaint Alaskan village
-Rafting, hiking, fishing, boating, canoeing, camping, flight seeing, dog mushing, and skiing
-Local arts events: i.e. plays, live music, art openings, etc.

-Lunch break/shopping point on the way to Denali National Park
-2.5 hours north of Anchorage
